This policy explains how GPT Image 2 collects, stores, and uses account, billing, generation, and file data when you browse the site, sign in, buy credits, or run image jobs.
What we collect
- Account details such as email address, profile identifiers, and sign-in state needed to provide access to the product.
- Billing and plan records, including credit balance, subscription status, checkout references, and webhook events required to manage paid access.
- Generation activity records such as prompts, selected settings, queue status, logs, and usage metadata needed to operate, debug, and improve the workflow.
- Uploaded reference images and generated outputs stored in object storage and linked to your account records.
How we use data
- To authenticate users, deliver the studio, and keep account history, credits, and subscriptions in sync.
- To process generation requests through the product's model and infrastructure providers.
- To store and retrieve uploads, generated files, and prompt history so you can manage your work inside the product.
- To detect abuse, investigate failures, verify billing events, and maintain service reliability.
Third-party services
- Authentication and database records are handled through Supabase.
- Generated assets and uploaded files are stored through Cloudflare R2 compatible storage.
- Billing and subscription events are processed through Creem.
- Image generation requests are routed through model infrastructure providers used by the product workflow.
Retention and control
- We keep account, billing, and generation records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
- Uploaded files and generated outputs may remain associated with your account until they are removed through product controls or operational cleanup.
- If you stop using the service, some records may still be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or audit purposes.
Security
- We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect account records, billing metadata, and stored files.
- No internet service is completely secure, so you should avoid uploading material you are not comfortable storing in a hosted product workflow.
By using the product, you acknowledge that uploaded reference images, prompts, and generated files may be processed and stored as part of the hosted workflow.
