Terms of Service

These terms govern access to GPT Image 2, including account use, paid plans, credit consumption, uploaded files, generated outputs, and the hosted workflow that powers the studio.

Use of the service

  • You must use the product in compliance with applicable law, payment terms, and any provider policies that govern image generation and editing.
  • You are responsible for prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, and any downstream use of material created through your account.
  • You must not use the service to abuse infrastructure, interfere with other users, bypass limits, or submit content that violates the governing provider rules.

Accounts and access

  • Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in email and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, non-payment, policy violations, security risks, or misuse of the generation workflow.

Credits, plans, and billing

  • Paid access is offered through subscriptions and credit packs. Credits are consumed according to the selected workflow settings and usage level.
  • Checkout, renewals, and billing management are handled through the product's payment provider and the terms shown during purchase.
  • If billing fails, renewals lapse, or a payment is reversed, we may limit paid features or adjust account balances as needed.

Generated content and storage

  • The service stores prompts, uploads, generation records, and resulting files so the hosted workflow can function.
  • You should only upload material that you are permitted to use and store through third-party infrastructure connected to the service.
  • We may remove or block content when necessary to comply with law, provider requirements, operational needs, or abuse prevention.

Availability and changes

  • The product is provided on an evolving basis and may change, pause, or remove features without prior notice.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, model behavior, output quality, or compatibility with every use case.

Continued use of the service means you accept these terms and any operational or provider policy constraints that apply to image generation and editing.
